RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The EU consumer protection law and the national law derived from it provide a Right of Withdrawal for services, like The Unique Life Creator's consultancy and knowledge transfer services, including subscriptions. 

You have up to 14 days after the conclusion of the Service Agreement to waive it still.

If you ask explicitly for the services to start within the 14 days withdrawal period, The Unique Life Creator service must deliver. You must pay for the part used if you cancel.

This does not apply to fully executed services within the 14 days, provided that you have indicated that you want the delivery within 14 days and waives your right of withdrawal.

Only customised services The Unique Life Creator designs specifically to your wishes and requirements are excluded from the Right of Withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of the possibility of withdrawal, it is recommended to use the Model Withdrawal Form, as laid down in Annex IB of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which is as follows:
